Class BBQ Details

Date: 18th June
Location: Pasir Ris Park, Pit 41. Near Changi Village and a toilet (thank goodness.)
Time: 5 to 10pm
We require more helpers! We also need to know if you're coming by 15th June. Tell us what kind of food you'd like, too. If possible, even how much you think you're gonna consume - provided it's not 3 times a normal person's appetite. No vegetarians I hope?
General idea of what's gonna be there:
Chicken wings (any objections due to "unglam" reasons, pls write in the comments section)
Potatoes xD
Mashmallows
Fish balls
Chicken Franks (sausages in simple terms)
Canned Longan and Peach for Dessert
Anything and Whatever
Other Assorted Drinks
We need to know roughly how much food needs to be bought for EACH type of food, so if you're a picky eater, pls inform us just in case half the class doesn't eat it as well. Any other stuff you guys wanna have, pls comment. Tag boards don't work cos once spam comes along the request is pushed away.
Less popular food. Vote carefully - if we blow the budget, you're the ones paying up. Have INTEGRITY; Only vote ONCE.
Various sauces: Chilli, Mayonnaise. Only requests for Ketchup allowed. I doubt we'll need cheese.
How to get there: Take Bus 403 from Pasir Ris Bus Interchange. Stop at the second last stop, the moment you see the playground. The bus comes every 30 minutes, so don't go alone. Alternative is that you cycle or rollerblade in, which I am doing since I live nearby. Do NOT attempt this unless you live in the area. Pahang camp is long over.
Should you have any problems with transportation or have a sense of direction of a pigeon with magnets tied to its head, pls contact me.
We also need some good strong boys to help carry all the shopping (cans and drinks) to the beach. Most items can be found in Whitesands NTUC Fairprice, so no worries about carting them around.
The playground is under renovation. Wahahaha~ Only a few areas are open, but you'll be glad to know that there are 2 GIANT discs for you to sit and spin on. You know, those planets that turn on your weight and act on gravity. Haha. Physics. At least, that's what I heard.
Activities include cycling/rollerblading if you want to. No swimming unless you want to drown or get a rash from the dirty waters. Bring along your kites, soccer ball, Frisbees etc. No books, thank you.
Things to bring:
Money.
Sunblock (rather unnecessary)
Deodorant (only for those with bags. thank you.)
Mosquito repellent for those who are staying past 7pm. Really.
Your energy and enthusiasm
You can arrive at any point in the BBQ but you better stay for some time (: It's not a camp. Do NOT bring other friends with you. 3I only.
